Inquiries and interest lists

When you contact us or join an interest list, we use the details you share—name, email, optional phone, your role, organization, and message—so our team can follow up. Joining an interest list does not enroll a participant or reserve a place. Please don't include children's names, health details, or other sensitive information.

Downloadable DYCD applications

The blank DYCD applications can be printed or filled digitally in a compatible PDF reader and saved to your device. These applications ask for additional personal, household, and health information. This website does not receive the answers you enter into those PDFs.

Use the program team's confirmed instructions for returning completed paperwork. Downloading, opening, or saving a PDF is not a submission to DYCD or a confirmation of enrollment.

Website services and external links

Donations are handled on Givebutter's website. We do not collect card or bank details through this site. Givebutter and linked social platforms have their own privacy practices; please review their notices before sharing information there.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about your submitted information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us not to contact you further. Requests to remove information will be considered subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
